Requirements for Advertising in the Nurselist Marketplace
Requirements for advertising in the Nurselist Marketplace are simple, easy to use, and a great way to let the community know about your business. While advertising is only open to nurses, the customer base can be anyone in the community and also nationally if your products or services can serve it.
#1. Write a catchy heading as you would like it to appear on the products, services, and events page. Make sure it is succinct, easy to read, and to the point.

#3. Requirements for your personal product, services, or events page:
- 3 pagagraphs maximum - 250 words maximum description - explanation of what your product, service, or event is, the cost to the public, benefits to nurses (optional but highly recommended), a link to your own website, along with any pertinent information that may clarify or answer any questions - contact email or phone number where your customers can reach you
#4. Requirements for uploading your own logo, picture, or image onto your personal product, service, or events page:
- you can have anywhere between 1-5 pictures on your site - maximum size for file is 100 KB each - logo/picture/image dimension preferably less than 5" wide x 5" tall - resolution must be between 70-100 dpi - must be in a jpeg format - cannot be a copyrighted image of another company/product unless you are a distributor of that product - any additional changes to your logo/picture/image can incur a $25.00 graphic design fee if it is not fixed after our recommendations - if you want us to do your logo/picture/image - there is a $75.00 graphic design fee per image with 3 proofs to choose from
#5. Due date for listing on the Nurselist Marketplace is Wednesday by 5:00 p.m. to post a listing for Monday.
- if you have an event that you are marketing for that Friday of the same week, we encourage you to post the listing the week before - if you are unable to post the listing, please call us at (512) 291-8061 for any questions
#6. To get your product, service, or event listed in the newsletter/e-zine before it goes out at the beginning of the Month, submissions must be turned in the 20th the previous month for approval and/or design changes
#7. Once your listing is approved, you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours to verify that you want to post the listing with a fee schedule attached for advertising
#8. Once you choose your ad rate and pay for it, your listing and graphics are uploaded and ready to go in 24 hours
#9. When emailing us your product, service, or event, please attach any graphics to the email
